Adam is the Founder and Managing Partner of Wilshire Lane Capital. Prior to founding Wilshire Lane Capital, he worked as a venture capital investor at Fifth Wall Ventures and Andreessen Horowitz. Before his career in venture capital, Adam worked as an investor on Wall Street, both as a hedge fund investor at The Carlyle Group and in the Real Estate Group at Morgan Stanley in New York City. Adam graduated with High Honors from Harvard College and has an MBA from Harvard Business School. Adam is a current Board Member for Stuf Storage, Piñata, Radish Health, Hungry House, and Pronto Housing.
Adam was also selected to GlobeSt’s 2022 Fifty Under 40 in professionals in Real Estate list as well as to Commercial Observer’s 2022 Power 30 Top Executives in PropTech list. He is also a Board Member for 9 Dots, an education non-profit focused on providing subsidized computer science education to children from underprivileged backgrounds.
Chao is a Principal at Wilshire Lane Capital. Prior to joining Wilshire Lane Capital, he was a private equity professional at Tricon Capital in San Francisco, focused on opportunistic real estate investments across North America. He started his career in Citi’s investment banking division, where he executed mergers & acquisitions and financings across a variety of industries. Chao graduated from Northwestern University, with Honors and magna cum laude, and has an MBA from the Wharton School, where he was a Palmer Scholar.
Naznin is a Senior Associate at Wilshire Lane Capital. Prior to joining, she was a private equity professional at HGGC, a $6 billion private equity firm based in Palo Alto, and GoldPoint Partners, a $16 billion private equity firm based in New York. She started her career in investment banking, working on M&A transactions at Duff & Phelps. Naznin graduated magna cum laude from Fordham University - Gabelli School of Business, earning a BS in Finance and Accounting.
